My trip to cabo
verde was the best trip, this year the festival
was unbelievable everything went greatbut I have
to complain about TACV every when we got to sal
we missed our flight to bubista because they
were working slow and our lugages were not taken
off the plane on time so we had to spend a day
in sal. I also travel to praia and sao vicente
every single trip I made the plane was late.
Also they would change the time off the flight
and you leave TACV with number to reach you so
they call if anything changes but noone calls
you you’re the one that has to keep calling to
find out. When I was coming back to the United
States the flight was supposed to come back on
wedsday but it didn't leave sal untill 5 o"clock
in the morning on friday. I had to spen those
two days in sal where I could have stayed in
bubista, and once again no one called to let us
know. I missed two days of work because of the
flight delay no note was given to me so that I
could give to my job and I was never given an
explaination why the plane was delayed in the
first place. I would like to see TACV change
because people go on their vacation to have fun
not to get upset with issues that we deal with
TACV.
